Plans change constantly — your booking shouldn't be the rigid part. Here's how the one-tap reschedule feature works inside the Klina app.
Most booking systems treat a confirmed time as fixed unless you're willing to cancel and start over. The reschedule feature was built specifically to remove that friction.
How it works
Open your upcoming booking, tap "Reschedule," and choose from the available alternative slots. The change applies to the same booking — same provider where possible, same service, same payment already in place.
What changes instantly
Your provider is notified the moment you confirm a new time, so there's no gap where the old time is still showing as confirmed on their end.

Q: Does my provider get a reason when I reschedule?
A: Not automatically — you can add a note if you'd like to explain, but it isn't required to move a booking.
Q: Can I reschedule a recurring booking just once without affecting future visits?
A: Yes — moving a single upcoming visit doesn't change the underlying recurring schedule for the cycles after it.
