Only One Klina: How to Confirm You're Talking to the Real Thing

Impersonation scams target growing UK brands. Here's exactly which accounts are genuinely Klina, and what we will never ask you for.

Any growing brand becomes a target for impersonation — fake accounts hoping a familiar name will lower someone's guard. So here's the plain, boring, important version of how to know you're dealing with the real Klina.

We will never DM you first

Klina does not cold-message people asking for personal details, payment, or login information. If an account does that while claiming to be us, it isn't us.

We will never ask for your password

No genuine Klina communication will ever ask for your password, one-time passcode, or full card details over chat or social media.

We only post from these accounts

  • @useklina — Instagram and Facebook.
  • @klina.app — TikTok.

Any account with extra words bolted on — "support," "help," "assist" — or a slightly different spelling, is not us, regardless of how convincing the profile picture looks.

If it doesn't look like this, it isn't Klina.

If you ever see an account claiming to be Klina behaving oddly, report it and reach us through our official channels to confirm.

Quick answers

Q: What should I do if I've already replied to a fake account?
A: Stop the conversation immediately, do not share any further information, and report the account on the platform it's on. If you shared anything sensitive, change the relevant password straight away.

Q: Does Klina ever use other social platforms beyond Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok?
A: Not at present. If an account claiming to be Klina appears on a different platform, treat it as unverified until confirmed through our official channels.
